Bella Poarch
Bella Poarch is a Filipino born to biological Filipino parents. She was born February 9, 1997. Her grandmother was a resident of among the Manila slums until she turned three. Her adoptive father, a Filipino-American with military background, has a white background and is American. She says that her and her brother, who was adopted as an infant, suffered abuse until they were drafted. Her family and she moved to Texas in the year 13 due to her father needing bypass surgery. They spent a few days in San Francisco with her aunt. Her father did not end the mental abuse even though she claims that physical violence had diminished. Within 18 years she was enlisted in an organization called the United States Navy. Poarch started her TikTok page in April of 2020. In just 8 months, she had amassed more than 40 million users. Her videos were uploaded in a variety of formats, however her most popular hit was a video for Millie B's viral song Soph Aspin Send. This zoomed video, which featured her lip-syncing to the music in a rhythmic time with it went viral. Following her joining TikTok, she created an account on YouTube and a YouTube account and a Twitter one to maximize her popularity. Her fame grew rapidly around the month of the month of December in 2020. Poarch's rising popularity reportedly attracted two of the biggest professionally-run Esports Teams. FaZe Clan (100 Thieves) and 100 Thieves wanted to hire her to create videos for their respective brand names.
